Invention is all about abuse. It’s taking existing components and using them in ways that were never intended.

What’s so sad about most abuse cases we hear about these days is how we cling to the notion that there’s something wrong with them, rather than celebrating the abnormal use of each precious moment we spend on Earth.

It takes a mind that’s willing to see things in ways different from how they’re being presented to invent something new. And that same ingenuity is required to love something others are clamoring to condemn.

Have you ever had a complete-thought conversation? Those conversations where everything each of you wanted to say got said, and you actually had the time to think deeply and expand on what the other person has to say? A talk where the conversation never runs dry because you both have the freedom to expand on the things you find most interesting simultaneously?

Sometimes change comes so fast that trying to keep others up to speed with who you’ve now become would prevent you from keeping up to speed with yourself.

So if you’ve tried contacting me recently, and haven’t gotten a response, it’s not because I don’t think you’re worth taking the time to respond to; it’s because the person you’re message was intended for no longer exists.

Recently, a good friend of mine, whom I hadn’t talked to in almost a month, messaged me. She’d messaged me a few weeks prior but I didn’t even bother to respond. The gargantuan task of trying to compress a month of extreme growth into something that could be digested in a single sitting sounded like an impossible task.

Listen young one, I’ve got something to say. You look so beautiful to me today. I just want to go with your flow and show you what you’re ready to know.

So here I go, and here you let go. You release all that you’re holding back and I receive you fully. You cannot possibly hold the love I have for you, so letting it run through you is the only way to receive it.

You are an old soul. I’m not telling you anything you didn’t already know. But I am reminding you of what you’ve been longing to remember. Feel the love pour forth from me. Be that vessel that can receive it and funnel it down to these words.

Love yourself as I love you and you will only begin to understand the love that God has for you. And do not worry about your resistance to me calling it God. I used that word specifically so you could release your resistance to it and remember the true meaning of God. The true meaning of what’s all around you and inside of you.

The meaning is whatever you want it to be, because God loves you unconditionally; and that is a love you are capable of bringing to yourself and the world around you.

Look and the Love Will Appear

You are headstrong, but could sometimes benefit from learning to be heart strong. The instrument that strikes the strongest chord within you is the one that strums your heart strings. So do not worry about those things the mind invites you to see as a threat. Instead, focus on all those things your heart invites you to adore.
