The ground rules are pretty simple.

1. You commit to giving yourself permission to risk making mistakes, small mistakes, ones that scare you a little but aren’t huge leaps out of your comfort zone.
2. Just think of one thing you’ve been holding yourself back from because you’re afraid you might make a mistake and you do it.
3. If you think of something that’s too scary, share what it is with the group or someone you trust (saying it out loud really helps you reclaim your power over it) and then pick something that feels more doable for now.
4. This isn’t about disregarding common sense, it’s about exploring your fear of making mistakes and seeing what wonderfully strange things happen when you give yourself the space to make them.
5. I’ll be creating a forum for all the participants to connect with each other and share their experiences. And I’ll be offering my support and participation the whole way as well.
6. It will require very little busy work on your part (I’ll help you find ways to integrate the daily challenge of potentially making a mistake into things that actually bring you closer to what you want to achieve).

Details right now are a little sparse because I’ll be customizing everything to better meet the specific intentions of those who choose to participate. I just know it’ll run July 14th to August 12th.

I’m creating a specific website for these purposes called FearlessMovement.com. It’s still in the design and content creation stage, but I’ll fill in those details as more people begin joining and we evolve the process.
